Koki Nakano is a Japanese composer and pianist based in Paris. He studied composition at Tokyo University of the Arts and is renowned for his intimate piano works and fluid dialogue with other art forms. Whether for contemporary dance,, fashion, film, or museum spaces, his pieces unfold with choreographic precision — offering a musical language that enriches the visual through poetry, introspection, and finesse.
He has performed internationally at prestigious venues including the Paris Opera, Lincoln Center, and the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, among others.
His last album Ululō has been released in 2024 with the french label No Format. He’s currently working on a new album.
